MilfMoon is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any content appearing on this website within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations, except where we expressly create original material ourselves.
The operators of MilfMoon rely on content providers, uploaders, and third-party platforms to ensure that all performers depicted in sexually explicit visual material were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation, and that required records are maintained where applicable.
Third-party content
Much of the material available through MilfMoon is produced, hosted, or supplied by independent third parties. Those parties are responsible for complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and for keeping records of the names and ages of performers as required by law.
For content not produced by MilfMoon, please contact the original content producer or the hosting source identified with the material to obtain custodian-of-records information.
Original MilfMoon material
For any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct that MilfMoon itself produces, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records and are available for inspection during normal business hours as required by law. Requests related to such records may be sent through our Contact page with the subject line 2257 Records.
